Soil: Soils are of sedimentary and alluvial origin, ranging from fresh, gravelly soils to clay-rich soils, full of minerals and natural acidity
Winemaking notes: Soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at low controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine rests and ages in steel for a short period before being bottled
Harvest time: Depending on the climatic conditions of the season, between the end of August and the beginning of September

Aroma: Pleasantly fresh with floral and fruty notes of green apple, citrus and a light almond finish
